HOME OUR PLANS HOME AND LAND NEW HOME BUYERS ABOUT COMPLETE HOMES CONTACT COMPLETE HOMES

The concept of Complete Homes was created out of a dissatisfaction by some new home buyers, with the common practice by builders of "UP Selling".

Its common practice for some builders to show their display homes with luxury items such as stone bench tops, high ceilings, expensive vanities and toilets, spa-baths, and timber floors, etc. then quote a sales price that does not include any of these items. This is done in order to attract buyers.

Any buyer who is attracted by the low price, very quickly discovers that these items are not included in the stated price and may find this practice disheartening to say the least and does not go a long way to establishing a level of trust between the builder and the owner.

The people at Complete Homes have listened to new home buyers over the years and decided to build displays homes that are a true representation of what an interested buyer is getting for the price, everything is included in the initial quoted price, even the landscaping on display.

Not only are their our homes displayed honestly as "what you see is what you get" Complete Homes have developed a system called that allows for any price quoted for a new home* to include absolute fixed site costs, *up front, which means there are no hidden surprises once contracts are signed or even once construction starts.

We have all heard the nightmare stories about alleged additional cost requests by some builders for site costs and other items. At Complete Homes, costs provisions for items such as removal and disposal of rock, site fall, site fill, slab type ("M" "H" "P" Slabs), bulk concrete, temporary fencing, termite protection, surplus soil removal, root barriers, agi-drains etc. have all been removed from the building contract, which means, you don't have to worry about receiving a surprise invoice from the builder after construction has started, so you won't have to find the money to pay for there items after your loan has been signed off at the bank.

Before you make any commitments about buying your new home, you need to speak to Complete Homes if only to find out what you really need to know.
